Holly is an absolutely amazing makeup artist. I booked her for both my engagement photos and wedding day. I was lucky enough to have her do my makeup as a bridesmaid in some friend's weddings. I had such a great experiences, of course I wanted to book her for my wedding as well. She is super professional, quick with communication, and just a sweetheart to chat with. She and her team were able to do makeup for 10 people on the morning of the wedding and were super efficient. Highly recommend her for any event. Superb friendly makeup artist!

Holly is my go-to makeup artist in Central New York. She brings a calm, friendly demeanor to the room, no matter how high stress the situation is! She has done my makeup for a boutique fitness photoshoot, my engagement photos, and now my wedding photos. She does an absolutely incredible job of highlighting the natural beauty of each person she is working on and the makeup stays on all day no matter how much you sweat or cry! She stayed with us through the ceremony to do any touch ups necessary (and there were very few). I cannot recommend Holly highly enough - she does a beautiful job!

Samantha was unable to schedule a Bridal Makeup Preview appointment before her wedding date, as she lives out of the area. I have an extensive Bridal Profile each client completes to give me a clear picture of the bride's personal style as well as the style of her wedding. 

Samantha requested to use her favorite red lip color for the day of her wedding. Nars Velvet Matte in Dragon Lady was the perfect choice.

I like to lightly fan the skin after setting spray is applied. It helps the spray dry quickly while also being cooling and calming to the bride.

Airbrush makeup from Temptu Pro gave a beautiful porcelain look and the results lasted through the day and evening, even in the crazy heat that summer day.

Makeup for Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom Part 2

The response to our first Mother of the Bride makeup post has been overwhelming! And it prompted many brides to send us photos of their moms after we did their makeup the day of the wedding. The post is one of the most viewed postings on our blog, which lets us know two things.
1. Our brides LOVE their moms!
2. Moms definitely have a concern about how they will look if they chose to have makeup done the day of the wedding.
We get it! We know the wedding process in itself is overwhelming. Choosing the "Mom" dress can be a challenge in itself. So putting the moms beauty needs in the hand of professionals can take one thing off the To DO list the morning of the wedding. We'll create a look that will leave her looking refreshed and polished.

Kelly and her bridal party choose to get ready in the comfort of her mom and dad's home. I always love lots of natural light and space. The dining room table was perfect for Christina and I to set up our makeup kits and still plenty of room for Tiffany to set up for her hair styling area.

Moms' love the pampering that comes with having on-site beauty services.

Grandma's love it too! Kelly's grandma was so sweet. She was so happy to have her makeup and hair done!

Kelly had such an amazing vision for how she wanted to look on her wedding day. The Manolo Blahnik shoes she choose were catching every ones eye during the beauty process, including this little beauty.
